[目的]探讨综合护理干预对初发2型糖尿病病人心理及遵医行为的影响。[方法]将2013年2月—2014年2月收治的初发2型糖尿病病人200例随机分为两组各100例。观察组给予综合护理干预，对照组给予常规护理。比较两组病人干预前及干预6个月后血糖水平、SCL 90评分、遵医行为、健康知识掌握度及满意度。[结果]干预后两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h 血糖、糖化血红蛋白、SCL 90评分、健康知识掌握度均较干预前明显改善，观察组的改善程度明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组的遵医行为和病人满意率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]综合护理干预可提高初发2型糖尿病病人对疾病的认知水平，缓解负性情绪，加强病人的遵医行为，从而提高治疗效果和病人满意度。
[目的]探討綜閤護理榦預對初髮2型糖尿病病人心理及遵醫行為的影響。[方法]將2013年2月—2014年2月收治的初髮2型糖尿病病人200例隨機分為兩組各100例。觀察組給予綜閤護理榦預，對照組給予常規護理。比較兩組病人榦預前及榦預6箇月後血糖水平、SCL 90評分、遵醫行為、健康知識掌握度及滿意度。[結果]榦預後兩組空腹血糖、餐後2 h 血糖、糖化血紅蛋白、SCL 90評分、健康知識掌握度均較榦預前明顯改善，觀察組的改善程度明顯優于對照組，差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05)；觀察組的遵醫行為和病人滿意率明顯高于對照組，差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05)。[結論]綜閤護理榦預可提高初髮2型糖尿病病人對疾病的認知水平，緩解負性情緒，加彊病人的遵醫行為，從而提高治療效果和病人滿意度。
[목적]탐토종합호리간예대초발2형당뇨병병인심리급준의행위적영향。[방법]장2013년2월—2014년2월수치적초발2형당뇨병병인200례수궤분위량조각100례。관찰조급여종합호리간예，대조조급여상규호리。비교량조병인간예전급간예6개월후혈당수평、SCL 90평분、준의행위、건강지식장악도급만의도。[결과]간예후량조공복혈당、찬후2 h 혈당、당화혈홍단백、SCL 90평분、건강지식장악도균교간예전명현개선，관찰조적개선정도명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조적준의행위화병인만의솔명현고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。[결론]종합호리간예가제고초발2형당뇨병병인대질병적인지수평，완해부성정서，가강병인적준의행위，종이제고치료효과화병인만의도。
Objective:To probe into the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychology and com-pliance behaviors of newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:A total of 200 newly diagnosed pa-tients with type 2 diabetes who have been received and cured from February 2013 to February 2014 were ran-domly divided into two groups,100 cases each.Patients in observation group were given the comprehensive nursing.While patients in control group were given the conventional nursing.Patients’blood glucose level,SCL 90 score,compliance behaviors,master degree of health knowledge and satisfaction were compared between both groups before the intervention and 6 months after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,patients’ fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,SCL 90 score,master degree of health knowledge in both groups after the intervention were all significantly improved than that before the in-tervention.The degree of improvement in observation group was better than that in control group.And there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Patients’compliance behaviors and satisfaction rate in observa-tion group were significantly higher than that of control group.There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the disease cognition level of newly di-agnosed patients with type 2 diabetes,alleviate their negative emotions,and strengthen their compliance behav-iors,so as to improve the treatment effect and their satisfaction.
