我国道路货运市场“小、散、乱”问题严重，以单个企业发展甩挂运输不具有普遍性，组建甩挂运输联盟是我国加快发展甩挂运输的有效手段。甩挂运输联盟在营运中存在风险，若不有效防范，甩挂运输联盟发展将受到影响。文中对甩挂运输联盟的不同模式及其风险进行系统分析与辨识，并用模糊层次综合分析法进行风险分析，确定风险等级，针对性地提出防范措施。

China’s road freight markets are small ,scattered and chaotic ,w hich turn to become serious problems .It’s not universal for a single enterprise to develop Drop and Pull T ransport .Hence ,for‐matting Drop and Pull T ransport alliance is an effective means of accelerating the development of Chi‐na’s Drop and Pull Transport industry .However ,Drop and Pull Transport alliance exists risks in the operation ,if effective prevention measures are not carried out , the development of Drop and Pull Transport will be badly influenced .The article will take systematical analysis and identification to‐wards different modes of Drop and Pull Transport alliance and their potential risks .Besides ,the risks will be analyzed by using fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive analysis so as to define the risk level and thus put forward some targeted prevention measures .
