城市快速路交通改善是解决城市发展中交通问题的有效方法。以重庆市主城区快速路四横线为例,运用综合交通规划现状模型和RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Devices )技术,对道路交通流构成进行详细分析。运用区域交通组织方法,综合考虑道路实际承担功能、交通需求、用地条件等因素,提出城市中心区快速路交通改善思路与原则,并制定详细改善方案。仿真表明,改善后的全程行车时间由30 min缩短至23 min ,平均车速提高30%以上。

Urban expressway traffic improvement is an effective method to solve traffic problems of urban development .Taking Chongqing expressway “the fourth line”as an example ,with the use of status model of comprehensive transportation planning and RFID technology ,this paper has analyzed the road traffic flow composition in detail .With the idea of regional traffic organization ,considering the factors such as actual functions ,traffic demand ,land use conditions and etc .,this paper has put forward the ideas and principles for expressway traffic improvement . This paper has provided a new understanding on expressway function in the urban core area , and a new way for expressway traffic improvement . Simulation results show that ,after the improvement of the journey time from 30 minutes to 23 minutes , the average speed is increased by more than 30% .
