以白城市林业科学研究院选育的新品种降压草2号为试材,利用其带芽茎段进行组织培养,筛选降压草组织培养程序及培养基配方。结果表明:适宜的腋芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA0.5 mg 灋L -1+ NAA0.1 mg 灋L -1,适宜的增殖培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg 灋L -1+ NAA0.5 mg 灋L -1+IAA0.1 mg 灋L -1。

이백성시임업과학연구원선육적신품충강압초2호위시재,이용기대아경단진행조직배양,사선강압초조직배양정서급배양기배방。결과표명:괄의적액아유도배양기위MS+6-BA0.5 mg 법L -1+ NAA0.1 mg 법L -1,괄의적증식배양기위MS+6-BA1.0 mg 법L -1+ NAA0.5 mg 법L -1+IAA0.1 mg 법L -1。
Taking Begonia fimbristipula‘Erhao’ which was cultivated by Baicheng Academy of Forestry as experi‐mental materials ,tissue culture of stem with buds of Begonia fimbristipula was conducted .Tissue culture program and culture medium formula were selected .Result shows that MS+6-BA 0 .5 mg · L -1 +NAA 0 .1 mg · L -1 is the suitable culture medium for inducing bud;MS+6-BA 1 .0 mg · L -1 +NAA 0 .5 mg · L -1 +IAA 0 .1 mg · L -1 is the suitable proliferation medium .
