以发展为本的多元化学习评价模式对于开放教育学习者的全面发展和开放大学的教学发展具有重要的现实意义。它以促进学习者的全面发展为评价取向，注重评价主体之间的平等交流和多元互动，评价内容的立体开放和多元互补，评价过程的自我教育和教师从旁指导，评价方法的形式多样和各展所长，评价反馈的正向激励和及时有效。国家开放大学广州分部基于发展性学习评价理念，探索出了“对分考核”、“小组合作成果”、“写作技能学测评”、“真实项目实操”、“1＋N作品考核”等学习评价模式，适应了开放教育的应用型人才培养目标和混合学习模式的要求。

The diversified development-oriented learning evaluation model has great practical significance for the comprehensive de-velopment of learners and education teaching in open university.This evaluation model aims to promote learners'comprehensive develop-ment, and pays attention to the equal communication and interaction between the main body, the three-dimensional open and multiple complementary evaluation content, self education and teachers’ guidance in the process of evaluation, the variety of evaluation method, and the positive incentives and effectiveness in the feedback.Based on the developing learning evaluation concept, Open University of Chi-na ( Guangzhou) has explored several learning evaluation models, such as"sub-assessment","team co-achievement","writing skills assessment","real project practice", and“1+N work assessment”, which adapted to the application-oriented training objectives and blended learning model of open education.
