以发展为本的多元化学习评价模式对于开放教育学习者的全面发展和开放大学的教学发展具有重要的现实意义。它以促进学习者的全面发展为评价取向,注重评价主体之间的平等交流和多元互动,评价内容的立体开放和多元互补,评价过程的自我教育和教师从旁指导,评价方法的形式多样和各展所长,评价反馈的正向激励和及时有效。国家开放大学广州分部基于发展性学习评价理念,探索出了“对分考核”、“小组合作成果”、“写作技能学测评”、“真实项目实操”、“1+N作品考核”等学习评价模式,适应了开放教育的应用型人才培养目标和混合学习模式的要求。
以髮展為本的多元化學習評價模式對于開放教育學習者的全麵髮展和開放大學的教學髮展具有重要的現實意義。它以促進學習者的全麵髮展為評價取嚮,註重評價主體之間的平等交流和多元互動,評價內容的立體開放和多元互補,評價過程的自我教育和教師從徬指導,評價方法的形式多樣和各展所長,評價反饋的正嚮激勵和及時有效。國傢開放大學廣州分部基于髮展性學習評價理唸,探索齣瞭“對分攷覈”、“小組閤作成果”、“寫作技能學測評”、“真實項目實操”、“1+N作品攷覈”等學習評價模式,適應瞭開放教育的應用型人纔培養目標和混閤學習模式的要求。

The diversified development-oriented learning evaluation model has great practical significance for the comprehensive de-velopment of learners and education teaching in open university.This evaluation model aims to promote learners'comprehensive develop-ment, and pays attention to the equal communication and interaction between the main body, the three-dimensional open and multiple complementary evaluation content, self education and teachers’ guidance in the process of evaluation, the variety of evaluation method, and the positive incentives and effectiveness in the feedback.Based on the developing learning evaluation concept, Open University of Chi-na ( Guangzhou) has explored several learning evaluation models, such as"sub-assessment","team co-achievement","writing skills assessment","real project practice", and“1+N work assessment”, which adapted to the application-oriented training objectives and blended learning model of open education.
