目的：探讨儿童中重型颅脑损伤并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的诊疗经验。方法：回顾性总结68例中重型颅脑损伤并发ARDS儿童患者的临床资料，并结合文献进行分析。结果：死亡32例，恢复良好14例，中残18例，重残4例。结论：中重型颅脑损伤并发ARDS儿童患者的病死率和致残率均较高。应积极解除病因、预防及早期诊断、治疗ARDS，降低死亡率。
목적：탐토인동중중형로뇌손상병발급성호흡군박종합정(ARDS)적진료경험。방법：회고성총결68례중중형로뇌손상병발ARDS인동환자적림상자료，병결합문헌진행분석。결과：사망32례，회복량호14례，중잔18례，중잔4례。결론：중중형로뇌손상병발ARDS인동환자적병사솔화치잔솔균교고。응적겁해제병인、예방급조기진단、치료ARDS，강저사망솔。
Objective To explore children's medium-duty cranial injury complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in the diagnosis and treatment experience.Methods Retrospectively summarized 68 cases of children patients of medium-duty craniocerebral injury complicated with ARDS with clinical data, and combined with literature to analysis.Results Death 32 cases, 14 cases recovered well, 18 cases moderate disability, 4 cases were severely disabled.Conclusions Medium-duty craniocerebral injury complicated with ARDS mortality and morbidity in patients with children were higher. Should through active prevention, early diagnosis and reduce mortality.
