社会支持在开放教育学生的学习以及身心发展的过程中扮演着重要角色。本研究采用社会支持量表对上海开放大学系统589名在校生进行调查,统计发现开放教育学生社会支持总体水平较低,女学生的社会支持利用度显著高于男学生,18-23岁学生的社会支持水平显著低于其他年龄段,已婚有子女的学生社会支持水平显著高于其他组别,非上海农村户籍学生的社会支持水平显著低于其他组别,随着工作年限和收入的增长,社会支持水平显著提高。鉴于此,建议开放教育需要设立提供社会支持的部门,建立相关工作机制,规范班级管理,鼓励学生组织建设等,以此改进开放教育学生社会支持现状,提高开放教育人才培养质量。

Social supports play an important role in open education students'learning and development.This paper adopts SSRS to survey 589 students in Shanghai Open University.The results of the survey show that the overall social support level for open education students is low.Further more, female students'social supports exploitation degree is significantly higher than that of male students;the so-cial supports for students aged 18-23 years are significantly lower than those of other age groups;the social supports for the students who are married and have children are significantly higher than those of other groups; the social supports for the students with rural residence registration outside Shanghai Municipality are significantly lower than those of other groups.And the social supports are significantly im-proved as the growth of the working years and income.In view of that, it is recommended that the open education need to set up certain de-partment to provide students social supports, establish a mechanism, make a specification class management, and encourage students’ own organization, so as to improve the social support for open education students and the quality of open education.
