目的：比较紫草油与康复新液对肛周脓肿术后创面疼痛的影响。方法：将60例符合标准的肛周脓肿术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用紫草油纱条,对照组采用康复新液纱条换药,观察两组患者术后1、7、14、21天，创面的疼痛情况。结果：在术后第1天，两组间评分经统计学处理，P＞0.05，差异无统计学意义；术后第7天，14天，两组间评分经统计学处理，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义；术后第21天时，两组间评分经统计学处理，P＞0.05，差异无统计学意义。结论：紫草油可明显减轻肛周脓肿术后7、14天创面的疼痛,增加患者的舒适感。
목적：비교자초유여강복신액대항주농종술후창면동통적영향。방법：장60례부합표준적항주농종술후환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각30례。관찰조채용자초유사조,대조조채용강복신액사조환약,관찰량조환자술후1、7、14、21천，창면적동통정황。결과：재술후제1천，량조간평분경통계학처리，P＞0.05，차이무통계학의의；술후제7천，14천，량조간평분경통계학처리，P＜0.05，차이유통계학의의；술후제21천시，량조간평분경통계학처리，P＞0.05，차이무통계학의의。결론：자초유가명현감경항주농종술후7、14천창면적동통,증가환자적서괄감。
Objective Comparison influence of radix arnebiae seu lithospermi oil and Kangfuxin fluid to ease the pain of the wound crissum abscess surgery.Methods60 patients with postoperative of anus week abscess were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group adopts Lithospermi oil gauze; Control group adopts the Kangfuxin liquid gauze. Observe the two groups of patients with postoperative 1, 7, 14, 21 days, the pain of the wound.Results On postoperative day 1, score between the two groups after statistics processing, P > 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference; Postoperative day 7, 14 days, score between the two groups after statistics processing, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. After 21 days, score between the two groups after statistics processing,P > 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference.ConclusionsLithospermi oil can obviously reduce wound pain of crissum abscess postoperative day 7 and day 14 , increase patient comfort.
