目的：探究并分析脊柱后路椎弓根钉内固定术体位护理措施，并评价其效果。方法：将我院自2012年3月—2014年3月期间收治的110例后路椎弓根钉内固定术患者，随机分成实验组和对照组，分别性常规护理和针对性体位护理，对比两组临床效果。结果：实验组无椎弓根螺钉相关神经、血管并发症，也无螺钉松动、断钉等状况，有效率为96.3%（53/55），明显高于对照组69.1%（38/55），差异显著，有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：良好的手术体位能使患者术中维持呼吸通畅、循环稳定，手术野充分暴露，减少并发症，有效提高临床效果。

목적：탐구병분석척주후로추궁근정내고정술체위호리조시，병평개기효과。방법：장아원자2012년3월—2014년3월기간수치적110례후로추궁근정내고정술환자，수궤분성실험조화대조조，분별성상규호리화침대성체위호리，대비량조림상효과。결과：실험조무추궁근라정상관신경、혈관병발증，야무라정송동、단정등상황，유효솔위96.3%（53/55），명현고우대조조69.1%（38/55），차이현저，유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론：량호적수술체위능사환자술중유지호흡통창、순배은정，수술야충분폭로，감소병발증，유효제고림상효과。
Objective To explore and analyze the spine with posterior pedicle screw fixation postural care measures, and evaluate its effectiveness.Methods in our hospital from March 2012 - March 2014 period 110 cases were treated with pedicle screw fixation posterior patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, respectively, of the routine care and targeted postural care, compared to two group of clinical effect.Results There were no related nerve pedicle screws, vascular complications, and no loose screws, broken nails and other conditions, the effective rate of 96.3% (53/55), significantly higher than 69.1% (38/55), the difference significant, statistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusion Good posture allows patients undergoing surgery to maintain unobstructed breathing, circulation is stable, fully exposed to the surgical field, reduce complications and improve clinical results.
