山西医科大学践行“三阶梯”交叉渐进分块侧重式实践教学模式,培养医学生的职业道德素养和交流沟通技能、临床技能、临床思维三种核心能力,在七年制临床医学专业临床能力培养中取得了一定成效,可为“5+3”一体化医学人才培养模式提供启示与思考。
