通过对福建山樱花采用无处理扦插,不同材料扦插和不同基质、激素对插条进行处理后再扦插的繁育技术试验,结果表明:福建山樱花无处理扦插且采用全封闭式管理,与ABT生根粉处理后成活率相当;不同材料的扦插,随插条粗度的增加,发根数量增多;不同基质及不同浓度NAA处理的扦插,基质的物理性状及营养对生根效果影响极大;不同处理液处理的扦插,中等浓度的La2(SO4)3和IBA对提高成活率有显著促进作用,用萘乙酸处理的硬枝扦插成活率最高。

통과대복건산앵화채용무처리천삽,불동재료천삽화불동기질、격소대삽조진행처리후재천삽적번육기술시험,결과표명:복건산앵화무처리천삽차채용전봉폐식관리,여ABT생근분처리후성활솔상당;불동재료적천삽,수삽조조도적증가,발근수량증다;불동기질급불동농도NAA처리적천삽,기질적물이성상급영양대생근효과영향겁대;불동처리액처리적천삽,중등농도적La2(SO4)3화IBA대제고성활솔유현저촉진작용,용내을산처리적경지천삽성활솔최고。
Breeding experiments of non treated cuttings of P .campanulata ,cuttings of different materials and dif‐ferent substrates ,hormones were conducted .Result shows that P .campanulata with management of non treated cuttings + fully enclosed ,whose survival rate are the same after treated with ABT ;Roots increase with the increase of thickness of the cuttings by adopting different materials ;the effects of the physical properties of the matrix and nutrition on rooting are great by treating with different matrices and different concentrations of NAA ;moderate con‐centration of La2 (SO4 ) 3 and IBA have improve significant promotion on increasing the survival rate by using differ‐ent treatment liquid;the survival rate are the most highest by adopting hardwood cuttings treated with NAA .
