目的：探究磁共振检查在骨关节结核中的诊断价值，以便为临床提供指导。方法回顾性分析2013年6月至2014年6月我院手术及病理确诊的60例骨关节结核患者病历资料，入院前均进行了磁共振、X线、CT检查，对其诊断情况进行研究分析。结果 X线共确诊24例，确诊率为40.0%；CT共确诊40例，确诊率为66.67%；磁共振共确诊58例，确诊率为96.67%。结论磁共振检查在骨关节结核诊断中应用效果较好，敏感性较高，能够充分反映出骨关节结核的影像特征表现，提高确诊率，为疾病的早期诊断和治疗提供重要帮助。
목적：탐구자공진검사재골관절결핵중적진단개치，이편위림상제공지도。방법회고성분석2013년6월지2014년6월아원수술급병리학진적60례골관절결핵환자병력자료，입원전균진행료자공진、X선、CT검사，대기진단정황진행연구분석。결과 X선공학진24례，학진솔위40.0%；CT공학진40례，학진솔위66.67%；자공진공학진58례，학진솔위96.67%。결론자공진검사재골관절결핵진단중응용효과교호，민감성교고，능구충분반영출골관절결핵적영상특정표현，제고학진솔，위질병적조기진단화치료제공중요방조。
Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance examination in the osteoarticular tuberculosis. Methods: The data of 60 patients who were treated with the osteoarticular tuberculosis in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. They all underwent the magnetic resonance examination, X ray and CT examination before the hospitalization. Then their diagnostic results were analyzed. Results:With the diagnostic rate of 40.0%, the X ray con昀rmed 24 cases. CT and magnetic resonance examination confirmed 40 and 58 cases, with the diagnostic rates of 66.67%and 96.67%respectively. Conclusion:The diagnostic value of magnetic resonance examination in the osteoarticular tuberculosis is excellent, which features in the high sensitivity and diagnostic rate. Besides, it can comprehensively refiect the image characteristics. Therefore, it is helpful for the early diagnosis and treatment of the diseases.
