专用汽车轻量化对节能减排环保起着重要的作用,怎样实现专用汽车轻量化已变成提高专用汽车节能减排的关键因素。本文首先分析专用汽车轻量化的原因,提出在专用汽车上应用轻金属材料、高强度钢、塑料及非金属复合材料,采用轻量化结构以及轻量化工程设计,从这几个方面能够实现专用汽车轻量化。

Lightweight automobile plays an important role in energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection, how to realize the energy saving and emission reduction has become a key factor to improve the special vehicle special vehicle lightweight. This paper first analysis of the causes of the lightweight of the special vehicle, presents the application of the light metal material, on special purpose vehicle high strength steel, plastic and metal composite materials, the use of lightweight structure and lightweight design, from several aspects to achieve special automobile lightweight.
