专用汽车轻量化对节能减排环保起着重要的作用，怎样实现专用汽车轻量化已变成提高专用汽车节能减排的关键因素。本文首先分析专用汽车轻量化的原因，提出在专用汽车上应用轻金属材料、高强度钢、塑料及非金属复合材料，采用轻量化结构以及轻量化工程设计，从这几个方面能够实现专用汽车轻量化。
