Caragana korshinskii%PEG%water-stress
通过选用渗透调节剂聚乙二醇(PEG )处理柠条种子,并对柠条种子的发芽情况进行试验研究,结果表明:在水分胁迫条件下,柠条种子萌发存在一定的差异;一定浓度范围内,随着PEG溶液浓度的增强,柠条种子的发芽率提高,发芽速度加快。据文献报道,当PEG处理的强度达到一定水平时,会对种子的萌发产生抑制作用,但本试验还没有得到对柠条种子产生抑制作用的PEG浓度。
通過選用滲透調節劑聚乙二醇(PEG )處理檸條種子,併對檸條種子的髮芽情況進行試驗研究,結果錶明:在水分脅迫條件下,檸條種子萌髮存在一定的差異;一定濃度範圍內,隨著PEG溶液濃度的增彊,檸條種子的髮芽率提高,髮芽速度加快。據文獻報道,噹PEG處理的彊度達到一定水平時,會對種子的萌髮產生抑製作用,但本試驗還沒有得到對檸條種子產生抑製作用的PEG濃度。

Germination of Caragana korshinskii seeds was studied by using polyethylene glycol (PEG) to treat Ca‐raganakorshinskii seeds .Result shows that the germination of Caraganakorshinskii seeds exists certain differences under water stress conditions ;the percent & speed of germination for Caragana korshinskii seeds increase with the increase of concentration of PEG solution during a certain range of concentration .Some literatures show that if the water‐stress of PEG solution reach excessive intensity ,the percent of germination would decrease .However ,PEG concentration which can inhibit Caragana korshinskii seeds didn’t appear in this experiment .
