目的：探讨 AIDET沟通模式在2型糖尿病胃转流术患者中的应用效果.方法便利抽样选择2012年6月至2013年6月广州军区武汉总医院收治的2型糖尿病患者38例，采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组18例和干预组20例，对照组采用传统护理干预，干预组在常规护理干预的基础上实施 AIDET沟通，对两组患者干预前后焦虑程度、护患信任度及满意度进行评定.结果出院时测评，干预组患者焦虑程度明显改善、护患信任度及满意度明显提高，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(均P＜0．05).结论护理人员采用 AIDET沟通模式可改善患者心理状态，提高护患信任度，和谐护患关系，对疾病恢复有积极的作用，值得进一步推广应用.
목적：탐토 AIDET구통모식재2형당뇨병위전류술환자중적응용효과.방법편리추양선택2012년6월지2013년6월엄주군구무한총의원수치적2형당뇨병환자38례，채용수궤수자표법장환자분위대조조18례화간예조20례，대조조채용전통호리간예，간예조재상규호리간예적기출상실시 AIDET구통，대량조환자간예전후초필정도、호환신임도급만의도진행평정.결과출원시측평，간예조환자초필정도명현개선、호환신임도급만의도명현제고，여대조조비교차이유통계학의의(균P＜0．05).결론호리인원채용 AIDET구통모식가개선환자심리상태，제고호환신임도，화해호환관계，대질병회복유적겁적작용，치득진일보추엄응용.
Objective To investigate the application effects of AIDET communication in type 2 diabetic pa-tients with gastric bypass.Methods By convenience sampling,38 cases of type 2 diabetes patients from June 2012 to June 2013 were randomly divided into the control group(18 cases)and the intervention group (20 cases).The control group received the traditional methods of nursing,while the intervention group re-ceived the AIDET communication on the basis of conventional nursing.The anxiety,nurse-patient trust and satisfaction level of two groups of patients were assessed.Results Patients anxiety,nurse-patient trust and satisfaction level in intervention group improved than which in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The AIDET communication can make better of the mental status of patients,improve the nurse-patient trust degree,establish harmonious nurse-patient relationship and promote rehabilitation,which is worthwhile for further application.
