目的:探讨山东滨州地区三级综合性医院护士工作压力、职业认同对职业倦怠的影响,为护理管理者采取干预措施提供科学依据.方法便利抽样选取山东宾州地区2所三级综合性医院在职护士262名,采用护士职业倦怠量表、工作压力源量表及职业认同量表对其进行问卷调查.结果护士职业倦怠中的情感衰竭、个人成就感程度较为严重,职业认同处于中等水平,工作量及时间分配为主要压力源;护士的职业倦怠与工作压力源中的维度“管理及人际关系”呈中度正相关(r=0.49, P<0.01),与职业认同中的维度“职业认知评价”、“职业挫折应对”呈中度负相关(r=-0.55,P<0.01).结论减轻护士的工作压力、提高护士的职业认同感可降低护士的职业倦怠,促进护理队伍稳定.
目的:探討山東濱州地區三級綜閤性醫院護士工作壓力、職業認同對職業倦怠的影響,為護理管理者採取榦預措施提供科學依據.方法便利抽樣選取山東賓州地區2所三級綜閤性醫院在職護士262名,採用護士職業倦怠量錶、工作壓力源量錶及職業認同量錶對其進行問捲調查.結果護士職業倦怠中的情感衰竭、箇人成就感程度較為嚴重,職業認同處于中等水平,工作量及時間分配為主要壓力源;護士的職業倦怠與工作壓力源中的維度“管理及人際關繫”呈中度正相關(r=0.49, P<0.01),與職業認同中的維度“職業認知評價”、“職業挫摺應對”呈中度負相關(r=-0.55,P<0.01).結論減輕護士的工作壓力、提高護士的職業認同感可降低護士的職業倦怠,促進護理隊伍穩定.

Objective To explore the impact of job stressor and professional identity on job burnout of nur-ses from the Class III general hospitals in Binzhou of Shandong Province,and provide scientific evidence for nursing managers to take intervention measures.Methods By convenience sampling,262 nurses were se-lected and investigated with job burnout inventory,nurse job stressors questionnaire and nursing profes-sional identity scale.Results Nurses’emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment in job burnout were on serious degree.Nurses’professional identity was in the moderate level.The primary j ob stressors were workload and time distribution.Job burnout was positively correlated to “management and personal relations”in job stressors(r=0.49,P<0.01),which also was negatively correlated to “professional identity evaluation”and “dealing with professional frustration”in professional identity(r=-0.55,P<0.01).Con-clusion It is suggested to enhance nurses’professional identity and relieve nurses’j ob stress,and thereby to reduce nurses’job burnout and stabilize nursing staff team.
