目的:探讨γ-体部立体定向放疗(stereotactic body radiation therapy with γk-nife,γ-SBRT)配合热疗及替吉奥治疗局部晚期胰腺癌疗效。方法2012年6月—2013年4月,收治54例胰腺癌患者,30例行γ-SBRT配合热疗,24例行γ-SBRT配合热疗及替吉奥治疗。结果治疗后3个月总的有效率为79.6%(43/54)。γ-SBRT配合热疗的1年生存率为30.0%、中位生存期为9.4个月,γ-SBRT配合热疗及替吉奥的1年生存率为41.7%、中位生存期为12.2个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用γ-SBRT配合热疗及替吉奥治疗局部中晚期胰腺癌是较有效的治疗方法。治疗过程安全,多数患者能耐受治疗。

목적:탐토γ-체부입체정향방료(stereotactic body radiation therapy with γk-nife,γ-SBRT)배합열료급체길오치료국부만기이선암료효。방법2012년6월—2013년4월,수치54례이선암환자,30례행γ-SBRT배합열료,24례행γ-SBRT배합열료급체길오치료。결과치료후3개월총적유효솔위79.6%(43/54)。γ-SBRT배합열료적1년생존솔위30.0%、중위생존기위9.4개월,γ-SBRT배합열료급체길오적1년생존솔위41.7%、중위생존기위12.2개월,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론채용γ-SBRT배합열료급체길오치료국부중만기이선암시교유효적치료방법。치료과정안전,다수환자능내수치료。
Objective This study was to evaluate the efficacy of stereotactic body radiation therapy with γ-knife (γ-SBRT) combine with tegafur and thermal therapy on locally advanced pan-creatic cancer.Methods From June 2012 to April 2013, 54 cases of pancreatic cancer patients were registered , 30 routine γ-SBRT with hyperthermia in the A group 2,4 cases of γ-SBRT with hy-perthermia and tegafur in the B group .Results At 3 months after treatment , the total effective rate was 79.6%(43/54).1 year survival rate was 30.0%and the median survival was 9.4 months in A group.1 year survival rate was 41.7%and the median survival was 12.2 months in B group, the difference is significant ( P<0.05 ) .C onclusion The γ-SBRT with hyperthermia and tegafur for treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer is well tolerated and effctive .
