传染病学是医学生必修的临床主干课程之一。本文探讨了传统传染病学授课模式的不足，并介绍由本科教研室自主创新的新型授课模式——理论与实践融合教学法。此新模式在教学中应用多年，能调动学生的学习积极性，提高课堂效率，减少授课学时；本文旨在为传染病学及其他临床学科教学提供可行新思路，供同行参考借鉴。

Epidemiology is one of the main required clinical courses for medical students. This paper probes into the shortages of traditional epidemiology teaching modes, and introduces a self-developed teaching pattern--the theory integrate with practice mode. This new mode have been applied into teaching for many years, showed that it could mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm, improve teaching efficiency and reduce class hours. The author’s purpose is to provide a new and practical idea for teaching of clinical epidemiology and other clinical specialities.
