也门传统建筑是值得加以研究和发展的瑰宝。本研究在调查萨纳阿市传统与现代建筑的特性和建筑技术的同时,探究在当代建筑中使用传统建筑工艺的可行性,并通过Ecotect程序的计算机模拟来呈现。本研究的主题着眼于传统建筑技术和本地建造材料的特性,借以提高建筑的热性能并减少能耗,并且制定对这些建筑技术的最佳应用方式以提高建筑的服务周期和可持续性。本研究为将来的建筑提出了一些设计准则和建议,例如减少建筑的横向扩展,提高竖向扩展。

Yemenite traditional architectures are treasures worthy of research and development. This article will, while investigating the features and building technology of both traditional and modern architecture in Sana'a, explore the feasibility of employing techniques of traditional architectures into the modern ones. It will be presented in a way of computer simulation via Ecotect Program. This theme of this research will be focused on the features of traditional architecture technology and local building materials, thereby enhancing the thermal properties and reducing the energy consumption in architectures. The best way of application of these architectural technology has been worked out to strengthen the service cycle and continuity of architectures. This research will put forward some design criterion for future architectures. For example, to reduce laterally spreading and increase vertical spreading.
