该工程为住房和城乡建设部2007年国家重点可再生能源示范居住建筑,采用垂直埋管地源热泵系统作为冷热源,末端采用天棚辐射+转轮热回收置换新风系统。结合该系统2012年~2013年实际运行参数做了详细的分析研究,冬季供暖期单位面积耗电量指标为16.48kW h/m 2,夏季供冷期单位面积耗电量指标为23.63kW h/m 2,全年为40.11kW h/m 2。
該工程為住房和城鄉建設部2007年國傢重點可再生能源示範居住建築,採用垂直埋管地源熱泵繫統作為冷熱源,末耑採用天棚輻射+轉輪熱迴收置換新風繫統。結閤該繫統2012年~2013年實際運行參數做瞭詳細的分析研究,鼕季供暖期單位麵積耗電量指標為16.48kW h/m 2,夏季供冷期單位麵積耗電量指標為23.63kW h/m 2,全年為40.11kW h/m 2。

The project published by theministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2007 is the demonstration residential buildings that utilize national renewable energy,using verticalground heatexchangerdesign ofground-source heat pump system as cold and heat sources. Air-condition term inal device take ceiling radiation and displacem ent ventilation using rotary enthalpy recovery equipm ent. This paper did a detailed analysis that com bine with the actual operating param eters of this system from 2012 to 2013. The result shows that the index of power consum ption per unit areais16.48kW h/m2 in winter heating period,while,the index of power consumption perunitareain Summerheating period is 23.63kW h/m 2,in hence,the whole year figure is 40.11kW h/m 2.
