The rapid development of LTE services presented a new challenge on capacity planning work. This paper promoted a new method for capacity planning based on regional grids, which distinguished different user behaviour and took into account the synergy of the four networks, in order to improve the accuracy. And finally, targeted analysis was made to support the network construction.
