利用多相流 Mixture 模型和磨损模型对90°球形弯头和弧形弯头进行数值模拟，得到了2种弯头内部的速度分布、固相颗粒分布和磨损量分布。模拟结果表明：球形弯头的最大磨损发生在靠近球体的直管部分，最大磨损量为102×10－14 kg；弧形弯头内部的高速固相流主要分布在外侧，最大磨损量达253×10－14 kg；对比可知，球形弯头的使用寿命比弧形弯头使用寿命高2～3倍。
이용다상류 Mixture 모형화마손모형대90°구형만두화호형만두진행수치모의，득도료2충만두내부적속도분포、고상과립분포화마손량분포。모의결과표명：구형만두적최대마손발생재고근구체적직관부분，최대마손량위102×10－14 kg；호형만두내부적고속고상류주요분포재외측，최대마손량체253×10－14 kg；대비가지，구형만두적사용수명비호형만두사용수명고2～3배。
Numerical simulation was conducted by using multiphase flow Mixture Model and the E-rosion Model for 90°spherical elbow and camber elbow,and distribution of velocity,solid phase distribu-tion,and erosion extent in the two elbow are obtained.The results indicated that maximum erosion of spherical elbow occurs near the sphere of straight pipe section,the maximum erosion is 102 ×10 -14 kg. High speed solid flow inside the camber elbow mainly distributed in the lateral,the maximum erosion is 253 ×10 -14 kg.Service life of the spherical elbow is 2 ~3 times higher than that of camber elbow by comparison.
