1例56岁急性冠脉综合征男性患者，因“突发胸闷头晕伴意识不清4 h”入院，既往无药物、食物过敏史。入院后因改善心肌细胞代谢予注射用环磷腺苷葡胺（120 mg，ivgtt），10 min后患者出现风团样皮疹，以肩背部及颜面部为主，伴有瘙痒。经皮肤科诊断为急性荨麻疹，遂立即停用注射用环磷腺苷葡胺，先后给予葡萄糖酸钙注射液（1 g，iv）、地塞米松磷酸钠注射液（5 mg，iv）和氯雷他定片10 mg抗过敏治疗，约3 h后患者症状缓解，皮疹消退。
1례56세급성관맥종합정남성환자，인“돌발흉민두훈반의식불청4 h”입원，기왕무약물、식물과민사。입원후인개선심기세포대사여주사용배린선감포알（120 mg，ivgtt），10 min후환자출현풍단양피진，이견배부급안면부위주，반유소양。경피부과진단위급성담마진，수립즉정용주사용배린선감포알，선후급여포도당산개주사액（1 g，iv）、지새미송린산납주사액（5 mg，iv）화록뢰타정편10 mg항과민치료，약3 h후환자증상완해，피진소퇴。
A 56-year-old male patient with acute coronary syndrome was hospitalized for chest distress, dizziness and unconsciousness lasting 4 hours. This patient had no history of medications and food allergies previously. Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate injection (120 mg, ivgtt) was given for improving metabolism of cardiac muscle cells after admission. After 10 minutes, the patient appeared urticaria rash accompanied with itching, mainly in shoulder, back and facial regions. The diagnosis was acute urticaria, then meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate was stopped immediately, and he was given calcium gluconate injection 1 g, dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection 5 mg and loratadine tablets 10 mg for relieving allergic symptoms. About 3 h later, no new rash appeared, and the urticaria rash subsided.
