目的：探讨肾上腺成熟畸胎瘤的临床表现、诊断与治疗方法。方法对我院收治的肾上腺成熟畸胎瘤2例的临床资料进行回顾性分析并复习相关文献。结果本文2例均为成年女性,B超检查示肾上腺占位性病变,CT检查示肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤可能,2例均行手术治疗痊愈,术后病理诊断为肾上腺囊性成熟性畸胎瘤。术后分别随访8个月和5个月未见复发。结论肾上腺成熟畸胎瘤是较罕见的生殖细胞来源肿瘤,临床症状及体征不典型,影像学检查是诊断的重要依据,手术切除预后良好。
목적：탐토신상선성숙기태류적림상표현、진단여치료방법。방법대아원수치적신상선성숙기태류2례적림상자료진행회고성분석병복습상관문헌。결과본문2례균위성년녀성,B초검사시신상선점위성병변,CT검사시신상선수양지방류가능,2례균행수술치료전유,술후병리진단위신상선낭성성숙성기태류。술후분별수방8개월화5개월미견복발。결론신상선성숙기태류시교한견적생식세포래원종류,림상증상급체정불전형,영상학검사시진단적중요의거,수술절제예후량호。
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations ,diagnosis and treatment of adrenal mature teratoma. Methods Clinical data of 2 cases of adrenal mature teratoma, and related literature analysis were studied. Results Two pa-tients were adult females and B ultrasound examination showed adrenal tumor,CT scanning showed suspected adrenal myeloli-poma,postoperative pathological diagnosis confirmed adrenal mature teratoma. The two patients were respectively followed up for 8 months and 5 months with no recurrence. Conclusion The adrenal mature teratoma is a rare germ cell tumor. Clinical symptoms and signs are not typical. Imaging examination is important for diagnosis. Postoperative pathological examination can confirm the diagnosis, surgical excision is the preferred method of treatment, and the prognosis of the adrenal mature teratoma is usually satisfactory.
