首云铁矿沙场矿区-76 m 水平机修硐室位于地质图7~8勘探线,硐室上方区域存在 F21和 F33断层,围岩比较破碎,在开挖过程中,受应力释放和调整的影响,硐室稳定性较差。为此,采用导硐+天井、锚喷支护施工方案,基于3DEC 数值模拟软件对开挖支护过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明,未支护前,硐室的最大位移量为60 mm,并出现楔形掉块,锚喷支护后,硐室最大位移量为7 mm,取得了较好的施工效果。
首雲鐵礦沙場礦區-76 m 水平機脩硐室位于地質圖7~8勘探線,硐室上方區域存在 F21和 F33斷層,圍巖比較破碎,在開挖過程中,受應力釋放和調整的影響,硐室穩定性較差。為此,採用導硐+天井、錨噴支護施工方案,基于3DEC 數值模擬軟件對開挖支護過程進行瞭數值模擬。結果錶明,未支護前,硐室的最大位移量為60 mm,併齣現楔形掉塊,錨噴支護後,硐室最大位移量為7 mm,取得瞭較好的施工效果。
수운철광사장광구-76 m 수평궤수동실위우지질도7~8감탐선,동실상방구역존재 F21화 F33단층,위암비교파쇄,재개알과정중,수응력석방화조정적영향,동실은정성교차。위차,채용도동+천정、묘분지호시공방안,기우3DEC 수치모의연건대개알지호과정진행료수치모의。결과표명,미지호전,동실적최대위이량위60 mm,병출현설형도괴,묘분지호후,동실최대위이량위7 mm,취득료교호적시공효과。
The -76 m level machine repair chamber in shachang mining area of shouyun mining is located between the exploration lines 7 and 8 F21 and F33 faults are existing above the regional chamber, and the surrounding rock is broken,in the process of excavation,under the condition of the stress release and adjustment,the stability of chamber is poor.Thus,the support construction program of pilot tunnels+patio and shotcrete is proposed,the process of excavation and support are numerical simulated by suing 3DEC numerical simulation software.The simulation results show that,before supporting,the maximum displacement of the chamber is 60 mm,while the maximum displacement chamber is 7 mm by taking the above supporting measures,so the perfect support effect is obtained.The research results in this paper can provide the basis for determining supporting parameters and construction of chamber under the similar engineering geological condition in non-coal mines.
