1例60岁男性患者，多发性脑梗死继发癫痫合并肺部感染（超广谱β-内酰胺酶阳性肺炎克雷伯菌）、Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭，联用丙戊酸钠和美罗培南治疗，临床药师对患者进行药学监护，监测患者丙戊酸钠血药浓度，根据血药浓度结果调整丙戊酸钠用量，患者肺部感染治愈的同时，癫痫也得到了有效的控制。
1례60세남성환자，다발성뇌경사계발전간합병폐부감염（초엄보β-내선알매양성폐염극뢰백균）、Ⅰ형호흡쇠갈，련용병무산납화미라배남치료，림상약사대환자진행약학감호，감측환자병무산납혈약농도，근거혈약농도결과조정병무산납용량，환자폐부감염치유적동시，전간야득도료유효적공제。
One case of 60-year-old male patient, who suffered from multiple cerebral infarction, secondary epilepsy, pulmonary infection (extended-spectrumβ-lactamase-positiveKlebsiella pneumoniae) and typeⅠrespiratory failure, received the therapy of combination with sodium valproate and meropenem. Clinical pharmacists carried out pharmaceutical care on this patient, monitored the blood drug concentration of sodium valproate, and adjusted sodium valproate dosage based on the results of blood drug concentration. The lung infection of this patient cured, and the symptom of epilepsy was also controlled efifciently.
