目的:明确抗生素药物敏感试验在临床感染教学中的作用,探索改进感染教学方法。方法:分析临床感染教学中的难点及教学方法的不足之处,建立以抗生素药物敏感试验结果分析为主导的临床感染教学模式,运用该教学模式解决上述难点并改进教学方法。结果:以抗生素药物敏感试验为主导的教学模式可以串联感染相关领域知识,明确感染学习目标,还可以丰富并完善教学方法并指导学员根据感染诊疗思路进行临床运用。结论:以抗生素药物敏感试验分析为主导的临床感染教学模式,能有效克服临床感染教学中的难点并改善教学方法,有助于提高学员感染理论和临床诊疗水平。

목적:명학항생소약물민감시험재림상감염교학중적작용,탐색개진감염교학방법。방법:분석림상감염교학중적난점급교학방법적불족지처,건립이항생소약물민감시험결과분석위주도적림상감염교학모식,운용해교학모식해결상술난점병개진교학방법。결과:이항생소약물민감시험위주도적교학모식가이천련감염상관영역지식,명학감염학습목표,환가이봉부병완선교학방법병지도학원근거감염진료사로진행림상운용。결론:이항생소약물민감시험분석위주도적림상감염교학모식,능유효극복림상감염교학중적난점병개선교학방법,유조우제고학원감염이론화림상진료수평。
Objective:To determine the effect of antibiotic sensitivity test in clinical infection teaching and improve infection teaching methods.Methods:The dififculties of clinical infection teaching and the deifciency of teaching methods were analyzed, and the clinical infection teaching mode dominated by antibiotic sensitivity test analysis was established. We overcomed the difficulties and deficiency, and improved teaching methods with this new mode.Results: The infection teaching mode dominated by antibiotic sensitivity test analysis can enable students to determine the learning goal of infection and link the infection related knowledge systematically, which also can enrich the method of infection teaching and guide the students for clinical practice according to clinical diagnostic thinking of infection.Conclusion:The clinical infection teaching mode dominated by the antibiotic sensitivity test analysis can overcome the shortcomings in clinical teaching and improve teaching method effectively, which also can help students to improve the theoretical level and the ability of diagnostic and therapeutic in clinical work.
