目的：分析讨论剖宫产率上升的原因以及降低剖宫产率应采取的措施。方法选取2010年1月至2013年12月来院（天等县妇幼保健院）进行剖宫产的孕妇在住院期间剖宫产手术指征（胎儿窘迫、头盆不称、胎位异常、瘢痕子宫、羊水过少、妊娠合并症及并发症、社会因素等）资料进行分析。结果资料显示，我院的剖宫产率逐年上升，其中的手术指征有胎位异常、胎儿窘迫、羊水过少、头盆不称等。结论随着我国医疗技术的不断完善，剖宫产技术已经达到了一个很高的水平，同时剖宫产率的升高还由于手术指征的放宽和社会因素；为减低剖宫产率，我们应采取一系列措施，如提高医护人员医疗素质、加强优生优育的教育宣传、减少人为干预。

Objective?To?analyze?the?causes?of?increasing?cesarean?section?rateand?reduce?the?rate?of?cesarean?section?should?take?measures.?Method?From?January?2010?to?December?2013?school?(Tiandeng?Maternal?and?Child?Health?Hospital)?cesarean?section?were?in?the?hospital?cesarean?operation?indications(fetal?distress,?cephalopelvic?disproportion,?abnormal?fetal?position,?uterine?scar,?oligohydramnios,?pregnancy?complications,?other)?data?analysis.?Result?The?rate?of?cesarean?section?in?our?hospital?increased?year?by?year,?the?operation?indication?position?changes,?fetal?distress,?oligohydramnios,?head?basin?asymmetry.?Conclusion?With?the?development?of?medical?technology?in?our?countryis?ceaseless?and?perfect,?cesarean?section?technology?has?reached?a?very?high?level,?the?rate?of?cesarean?sectionincreased?due?to?operation?refers?to?the?ease?and?social?factors?syndrome?also;?in?order?to?reduce?the?rate?of?cesarean?section,?we?should?take?a?series?of?measures,such?as?improving?the?medical?quality,?strengthen?theeugenics?education,?reduce?the?human?intervention.
