以爆堆形态作为爆破效果的主要评价依据,结合炸药单耗、起爆方式、孔网参数分别对爆堆松散系数与爆堆沉降沟的影响关系进行了多因素综合分析,评价了爆堆形态与各参数的内在联系。研究结果表明:当单耗增加时,爆堆沉降沟深度的增长速率大于松散系数的增长速率;当排距增大时,爆堆松散系数递减较缓,爆堆沉降沟递减速度由快至缓。通过对爆堆形态的多因素综合分析,为爆破优化设计提供了帮助。

The form of blasting muck pile is taken as the main evaluation index of blasting effect, combined with the explosive unit consumption,detonation way,parameters of blasting hole arrangement, the influence relationship between loose blasting heap coefficient and blasting pile settlement groove is an-alyzed comprehensively by multi-factors so as to evaluate the internal relationship between the form of blasting muck pile and the above parameters.The research results show that,when the explosive unit consumption increases,the increase rate of blasting pile settlement groove depth is greater than that of loose coefficients;when the row spacing increases,the blasting muck pile loose coefficients declines slo-wer and slower,the decline speed of blasting pile settlement groove depth from fast to slow.The above research results show that,the comprehensive analysis method of blasting muck pile form based on multi-factors is more conducive to optimization and design of blasting.
