Through market research,the paper analyzes the industrial current situation and investigates outcomes,car-ries out innovative research on advances nursing of personnel training mode and creates personnel training mode of co-operation among colleges,combination of learning with working,and dual-certificate integration of which the main con-tent,innovations and characteristics are principally introduced.To improve the training quality and specifications,to en-hance students’ comprehensive ability,promote the development of students’ personality,improve students’ comprehen-sive quality,enhance the employability and competitiveness of students,and comprehensively improve the quality of teaching,training to meet the social needs of high-quality skilled nursing talents.
