目的:为提高本院临床实习医学生的培养质量,制订科学合理的符合医学生实习需要的临床技能培训指标体系,探索其推广应用的可行性。方法随机抽取2013年7月~2014年7月进入本院实习的医学生50名作为改革组,按照临床技能培训指标体系进行培养考核,与2011年7月~2013年7月常规培养的50名学员(对照组)考核成绩进行比较。结果改革组考核成绩较对照组有明显提高,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医学生临床技能培训指标体系注重医学生个体化培养,较常规培养模式更加完善,有显著优越性,应向全院各科室进一步推广。

목적:위제고본원림상실습의학생적배양질량,제정과학합리적부합의학생실습수요적림상기능배훈지표체계,탐색기추엄응용적가행성。방법수궤추취2013년7월~2014년7월진입본원실습적의학생50명작위개혁조,안조림상기능배훈지표체계진행배양고핵,여2011년7월~2013년7월상규배양적50명학원(대조조)고핵성적진행비교。결과개혁조고핵성적교대조조유명현제고,량자비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론의학생림상기능배훈지표체계주중의학생개체화배양,교상규배양모식경가완선,유현저우월성,응향전원각과실진일보추엄。
Objective To improve the training quality for medical students under clinical internship in our hospital,for-mulate scientific and appropriate target system of clinical technique training which meets the needs of internship for medical students,and to explore the feasibility of the promotion and application of the system. Methods 50 medical students who were enrolled in our hospital for internship from July 2013 to July 2014 were randomly selected as reform group.Training and assessment were carried out according to the target system of clinical technique training, and their assessment results were compared with those of 50 students (control group)who received regular training from July 2011 to July 2013. Results The assessment results of the reform group were significantly improved compared with the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.01). Conclusion The target system of clinical technique training for medical stu-dents focuses on individualized training for medical students,is more comprehensive than regular training mode,and has significant advantages,which should be further promoted to all departments of the hospital.
