利用高温高压落球黏度计和高温高压转配样装置对QK17?2油田原油黏温特征进行了室内实验研究,分别测量了不同温度、不同压力条件下该油田原油和油水混合物的黏温及油藏条件下注入不同氮气量时油气混合液的黏温。研究结果表明,高含蜡导致QK17?2油田原油在一般高温下黏温异常增高,偏离黏温指数曲线;油水混合液的黏温随含水率变化存在极大值;注氮气达气油比为20以后,降黏效果不明显。
利用高溫高壓落毬黏度計和高溫高壓轉配樣裝置對QK17?2油田原油黏溫特徵進行瞭室內實驗研究,分彆測量瞭不同溫度、不同壓力條件下該油田原油和油水混閤物的黏溫及油藏條件下註入不同氮氣量時油氣混閤液的黏溫。研究結果錶明,高含蠟導緻QK17?2油田原油在一般高溫下黏溫異常增高,偏離黏溫指數麯線;油水混閤液的黏溫隨含水率變化存在極大值;註氮氣達氣油比為20以後,降黏效果不明顯。

The viscosity?temperature features of the crude oil of QK17?2 oil field were studied with high temperature?pressure falling ball viscometer and high temperature?pressure preparing and transferring equipment. The viscosity?temperature features of the oil?water mixture and crude oil under different temperatures and different pressures were measured. And the viscosity?temperature features of the oil?gas mixture under reservoir conditions with different ni?trogen injection volumes were also measured. The results show that the viscosity of QK17?2 crude abnormally rises under low temperatures because of the high wax content which deviates from the viscosity?temperature index curve. As temperatures rise, the viscosity temperature of oil?water mixture exists a maximum with the change of water ratio. Also the viscosity reduction efficiency is not obvious while the oil?nitrogen ratios are bigger than 20.
