目的:探讨人体血浆微小RNA-499(miRNA-499)对急性心肌梗死患者的诊断价值。方法选取本院2012年1~12月收治的60例急性心肌梗死患者作为观察组,另选择同期本院体检中心的60例无心脑血管疾病史的健康体检者作为对照组。以两组的miRNA-499为指标进行含量考察,比较急性心肌梗死患者的miRNA-499、cTn、CRP诊断符合率。结果观察组的miRNA-499相对表达量为3.623±1.123,显著高于对照组的0.819±0.017,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。60例AMI患者中,miRNA-499的阳性率为100%,cTnI与cTnT的阳性率均为96.7%,CRP的阳性率为86.7%。结论 miRNA-499可作为急性心肌梗死的新标志物,进一步提高急性心肌梗死诊断的特异性。

목적:탐토인체혈장미소RNA-499(miRNA-499)대급성심기경사환자적진단개치。방법선취본원2012년1~12월수치적60례급성심기경사환자작위관찰조,령선택동기본원체검중심적60례무심뇌혈관질병사적건강체검자작위대조조。이량조적miRNA-499위지표진행함량고찰,비교급성심기경사환자적miRNA-499、cTn、CRP진단부합솔。결과관찰조적miRNA-499상대표체량위3.623±1.123,현저고우대조조적0.819±0.017,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。60례AMI환자중,miRNA-499적양성솔위100%,cTnI여cTnT적양성솔균위96.7%,CRP적양성솔위86.7%。결론 miRNA-499가작위급성심기경사적신표지물,진일보제고급성심기경사진단적특이성。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of human plasma miRNA-499 for patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction from January 2012 to December in our hospital were selected as the observation group.60 cases with no history of cerebrovascular disease received health examination in the physical examination centre of our hospital were selected as the control group.The content of miRNA-499 in the two groups was investigated as the index,diagnostic accordance rates of miRNA-499,cTn and CRP in 60 patients with AMI was compared. Results The relative expression level of miRNA-499 in the observation group was 3.623±1.123,which was higher than 0.819±0.017 in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).In 60 patients with AMI,the posi-tive rate of miRNA-499 was 100%,the positive rate of cTnI and cTnT was 96.7% respectively,and the positive rate of CRP was 86.7%. Conclusion MiRNA-499 can be used as a new marker of acute myocardial infarction.and can further improve the specificity of acute myocardial infarction diagnosis.
