目的:研究中药材火炭母[蓼科植物火炭母(Polygonum chinense L.var.chinense)及硬毛火炭母(Polygonum chinense L.var. hispidum)的全草]质量标准。方法对其两种药材的性状形状、显微鉴定的比较,同时采用高效液相法对其药材含量测定。结果显微鉴别中有明显区别,含量测定方法:操作简单,准确,槲皮素在1.323~84.675 mg呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=39.5596x-37.0325, R2=0.9996(n=7),平均回收率为98.08%,RSD=1.89%(n=6);山奈素在1.3175~84.32 mg呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=39.6027x-6.7561, R2=0.9997(n=7),平均回收率为98.60%,RSD=1.85%(n=6)。结论所采用的定性、定量方法准确、简便,灵敏、结果可靠,为研究火炭母与硬毛火炭母药材质量标准提供一定的依据。

Objective To study the quality standard of Polygonum chinense medicinal materials, which origins from the Polygonum chinense L.var. chinense and the Polygonum chinense L.var.hispidum. Method We compare the two from Characteristic identiifcation and Microscopic identiifcation. We use HPLC to determine their content. Results Microscopic identiifcation shows some difference. The HPLC method is accurate and easy. In the range of 1.323-84.675 mg, the Quercetin shows a good linear relationship. The regression equation is Y=39.5596x-37.0325, R2=0.9996(n=7) and the average recovery is 98.60%,RSD=1.85%(n=6). Conclusion Methods we use to qualitative and quantitative analysis are accurate and handy, sensitive and reliable. They can be used to study the quality standard of the two medicinal materials.
