研究了用于超薄磨耗层养护技术的高粘改性乳化沥青的配方技术和生产工艺,考察了乳化剂的种类和SBS改性剂的掺量对改性沥青及改性乳化沥青蒸发残留物性能的影响。结果表明,采用进口JS-2乳化剂,SBS改性剂掺量达到3.5%时,制备得到的改性乳化沥青满足超薄磨耗层用高粘改性乳化沥青的技术指标和应用需求。
研究瞭用于超薄磨耗層養護技術的高粘改性乳化瀝青的配方技術和生產工藝,攷察瞭乳化劑的種類和SBS改性劑的摻量對改性瀝青及改性乳化瀝青蒸髮殘留物性能的影響。結果錶明,採用進口JS-2乳化劑,SBS改性劑摻量達到3.5%時,製備得到的改性乳化瀝青滿足超薄磨耗層用高粘改性乳化瀝青的技術指標和應用需求。

Research has been done to study ingredient design and preparation of high-viscosity modified emulsified asphalt. This paper investigates the influence on performance of residue of modified asphalt emulsion by varying contents of SBS and kinds of emulsifier.With performance test, it shows that modified emulsified asphalt with 3.5%-content of SBS could meet request of standard for modified emulsified asphalt when JS-2 was applied into it, which can also satisfy applying-request of Ultra-thin bonded wearing course.
