目的：对热毒宁注射液不良反应进行分析，探讨不良反应防治方法。方法对2008年~2013年我院热毒宁注射液不良反应进行分类统计与分析。结果热毒宁注射注不良反应儿童的发生率明显高于其他年龄段，男女比例无显著差异；不良反应多发生于用药30 min内，以过敏性反应居多。结论在应用热毒宁注射时要询问患者有无过敏史，注意给药剂量和速度，从而减少药品不良反应的发生。

목적：대열독저주사액불량반응진행분석，탐토불량반응방치방법。방법대2008년~2013년아원열독저주사액불량반응진행분류통계여분석。결과열독저주사주불량반응인동적발생솔명현고우기타년령단，남녀비례무현저차이；불량반응다발생우용약30 min내，이과민성반응거다。결론재응용열독저주사시요순문환자유무과민사，주의급약제량화속도，종이감소약품불량반응적발생。
Objective To reduning injection adverse reactions were analyzed, discussed prevention methods adverse reactions. Methods 2008-2013 in our hospital Reduning injection adverse reactions to classify statistics and analysis. Results The incidence of Reduning an injection adverse reactions was signiifcantly higher than children of other age, no signiifcant difference in the proportion of men and women;adverse drug reactions occurred within 30 min, with the majority of allergic reactions. Conclusion In the application Reduning injection to ask whether patients allergies, pay attention to the dose and speed, thereby reducing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
