目的：探讨龙血竭片治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2011年2月~2013年2月本院收治的120例小儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大患者分为两组，其中对照组给予常规药物治疗院口服头孢丙烯颗粒(抗生素)、阿昔洛韦片，实验组在对照组基础上应用龙血竭片进行治疗，比较两组的临床效果。结果实验组的总有效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组(70.00%)，实验组的腹痛消失时间为(2.10±0.62)d、淋巴结肿大消失时间为(6.14±1.87)d，均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组的不良反应发生率为0，与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05)。结论对于肠系膜淋巴结肿大患儿在常规药物治疗的基础上，联合应用龙血竭片可提高临床治疗效果，有效缓解患儿腹痛症状，促进淋巴结大小恢复正常，促进患儿康复，安全性较高，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토룡혈갈편치료소인장계막림파결종대적림상효과。방법채용수궤수자표법장2011년2월~2013년2월본원수치적120례소인장계막림파결종대환자분위량조，기중대조조급여상규약물치료원구복두포병희과립(항생소)、아석락위편，실험조재대조조기출상응용룡혈갈편진행치료，비교량조적림상효과。결과실험조적총유효솔(96.67%)명현고우대조조(70.00%)，실험조적복통소실시간위(2.10±0.62)d、림파결종대소실시간위(6.14±1.87)d，균명현단우대조조(P<0.05)；실험조적불량반응발생솔위0，여대조조비교，차이무통계학의의(P약0.05)。결론대우장계막림파결종대환인재상규약물치료적기출상，연합응용룡혈갈편가제고림상치료효과，유효완해환인복통증상，촉진림파결대소회복정상，촉진환인강복，안전성교고，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore clinical effect of Resina Draconis tablet in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymph node enlargement. Methods 120 children with mesenteric lymph node enlargement treated in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were divided into two groups using the random number table method.Control group was given routine drug treatment:oral cefprozil granules (antibiotics) and aciclovir tablet,while experimental group was treated with Resina Draconis tablet.Clinical effect between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group (96.67%) was significantly higher than that of control group (70.00%),and disappeared time of ab-dominal pain [(2.10±0.62) d] and disappeared time of lymphadenopathy [(6.14±1.87) d] was significantly shorter than that of control group [(6.14±1.87) and (7.43±2.09) d respectively] respectively (P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse re-action in experimental group was 0% and control group was 1.67%,and there was no statistical difference between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion For children with the mesenteric lymph node enlargement,Resina Draconis applied jointly tablet can improve clinical treatment effect on the basis of conventional drugs,and effectively alleviate the symptom of abdominal pain,promote lymph node size returning to normal,promote rehabilitation of ill children with higher safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
