目的:探讨槲皮素对葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)缺乏者红细胞氧化还原状态的影响。方法分别在体外将低、中、高浓度的槲皮素与G6PD缺乏者及正常者的40%红细胞悬液和全血进行孵育,然后测定红细胞还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH))及高铁血红蛋白(MetHb)水平的变化。结果槲皮素具有较强氧化作用,能明显降低G6PD缺乏者红细胞GSH水平,升高MetHb,且这种氧化作用呈一定浓度依赖性,在中、高浓度表现明显。结论槲皮素对G6PD缺乏者红细胞具有氧化作用,G6PD缺乏者应慎用含槲皮素成分的食物、中草药及制剂。

목적:탐토곡피소대포도당-6-린산탈경매(G6PD)결핍자홍세포양화환원상태적영향。방법분별재체외장저、중、고농도적곡피소여G6PD결핍자급정상자적40%홍세포현액화전혈진행부육,연후측정홍세포환원성곡광감태(GSH))급고철혈홍단백(MetHb)수평적변화。결과곡피소구유교강양화작용,능명현강저G6PD결핍자홍세포GSH수평,승고MetHb,차저충양화작용정일정농도의뢰성,재중、고농도표현명현。결론곡피소대G6PD결핍자홍세포구유양화작용,G6PD결핍자응신용함곡피소성분적식물、중초약급제제。
Objective To study the effect of quercetin on REDOX state of red blood cells lack of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD). Methods In vitro incubation, low, medium and high concentration of quercetin, respectively cultured with G6PD deifcient and normal red blood cells, red blood cell suspension at 40%and in whole blood, to detect the reducing glutathione(GSH) and methemoglobin (MetHb) levels of red blood cells. Results Quercetin is of strong oxidation, can signiifcantly reduce the GSH level of G6PD deifcient erythrocyte, elevate MetHb level. This oxidation was of concentration dependence,especial performance in the medium and high concentration of quercetin. Conclusion Quercetin is of oxidation on the red blood cells lack of G6PD.The patients with G6PD deifcient should be careful with food,herbal medicine and pharmaceutics containing quercetin composition.
