目的：探讨保留乳头乳晕的乳腺切除联合假体即刻乳房重建术治疗早期乳腺癌的效果。方法选取2013年1月~2014年3月在本院确诊的45例女性早期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，随机分成重建组(25例)和对照组(20例)。重建组采用患侧乳腺切除联合假体即刻乳房重建术，对照组采用患侧乳腺切除术。比较两组的术后并发症发生率和优良率。结果两组的术后并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05)。重建组的术后优良率为96.0%，显著高于对照组的10.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保留乳头乳晕的乳腺切除术联合假体即刻乳房重建术治疗早期乳腺癌效果显著，术后能够获得良好的美容效果。
목적：탐토보류유두유훈적유선절제연합가체즉각유방중건술치료조기유선암적효과。방법선취2013년1월~2014년3월재본원학진적45례녀성조기유선암환자작위연구대상，수궤분성중건조(25례)화대조조(20례)。중건조채용환측유선절제연합가체즉각유방중건술，대조조채용환측유선절제술。비교량조적술후병발증발생솔화우량솔。결과량조적술후병발증발생솔비교，차이무통계학의의(P약0.05)。중건조적술후우량솔위96.0%，현저고우대조조적10.0%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론보류유두유훈적유선절제술연합가체즉각유방중건술치료조기유선암효과현저，술후능구획득량호적미용효과。
Objective To explore the application effect of nipple-areola mastectomy combined with immediate breast reconstruction with artificial prosthesis in the treatment of early breast cancer. Methods 45 cases with early-stage breast cancer from January 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the recon-struction group(25 cases) and the control group(20 cases).The reconstruction group was treated with mastectomy in the affected side combined with immediate breast reconstruction with prosthesis,the control group was treated with mastec-tomy in the affected side.The incidence rate of postoperative complication and the excellent and good rate in two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of postoperative complication in the two groups was not statistically signifi-cant(P>0.05).The excellent and good rate in the reconstruction groupwas 96.0%,which was higher than 10.0% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of nipple-areola mastectomy combined with immediate breast reconstruction with artificial prosthesis in the treatment of early breast cancer is significant,and can achieve a good cosmetic effect after surgery.
