目的:探讨有机磷农药对男性生育功能的影响。方法对45例有机磷农药接触男性(观察组)和25例非接触男性(对照组)进行精液常规检查,并应用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的原位末端标记法检测其精子凋亡情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组精子密度明显低,精子活率指标a级精子率、b级精子率、c级精子率、d级精子率明显低,精子活动力评估项目曲线速度、直线速度、平均路径速度、平均移动角度小,精子凋亡率高(P均<0.01)。结论有机磷农药长期暴露可致精液质量下降,精子凋亡增加,导致男性不育。

목적:탐토유궤린농약대남성생육공능적영향。방법대45례유궤린농약접촉남성(관찰조)화25례비접촉남성(대조조)진행정액상규검사,병응용말단탈양핵감산전이매개도적원위말단표기법검측기정자조망정황。결과여대조조비교,관찰조정자밀도명현저,정자활솔지표a급정자솔、b급정자솔、c급정자솔、d급정자솔명현저,정자활동력평고항목곡선속도、직선속도、평균로경속도、평균이동각도소,정자조망솔고(P균<0.01)。결론유궤린농약장기폭로가치정액질량하강,정자조망증가,도치남성불육。
Objective To discuss the influence of organophosphorus pesticide on male fertility .Methods The rou-tine examination of male semen was conducted in the observation group of 45 cases who were exposed to organophosphorus pesticide and the control group of 25 cases with non-contact.And then the apoptosis of sperm was examined by terminal de-oxynucleotidyl transferase mediated deoxyuridine triphophate-biotin nick end labeling ( TUNEL) .Results The sperm con-centration of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group .Sperm motility index ( including a grade sperm rate , b-sperm rate, c-sperm rate and d-sperm rate)and sperm motility assessment projects (including curve speed, line speed, average path velocity and average moving angle ) were significantly lower , but the apoptosis rate was higher in the observation group than those of the control group , significant differences were found (all P<0.01).Conclu-sions That Long-term exposure to organophosphate pesticides can lead semen quality to decline and sperm apoptosis to in -crease, which would make male infertility .
