分析比较了当前国内外离心式冷水机组传动方式及制冷量的调节方式。为了既利用变转速的调节方式来控制制冷量,从而实现节能的优点,同时又避免变频调速的缺点,且使变转速的调节方式能在大功率的离心式压缩机上得以应用,本文提出了一种新型的制冷量变转速的调节方式———液力传动调节方式(变量柱塞泵+冲击式涡轮),并论证了该调节方式的可行性。最后以美的公司生产的某一制冷量为3870 kW的离心式制冷压缩机为例,分析比较了改造后与传统的调节方式在部分负荷时的能耗,并计算了年运行能耗及费用。分析结果表明,对离心式冷水机组进行改造后的节能效果显著,有推广价值。

This paper analyzes and compares the current drive mode of centrifugal chiller and regulation mode of refrigerating capacity at home and abroad.For controlling the refrigerating capacity by variable speed regulating mode in order to realize the advantages of energy saving, and avoiding the disadvantage of frequency control of motor speed, and applying the adjusting way of variable speed to the high power of centrifugal compressor, this paper puts forward a new kind of adjustment way of refrigerating capacity variable speed, that is hydraulic drive regulating mode ( variable plunger pump and impact turbine) and proves the feasibility of the regulating mode.Finally, taking the centrifugal re-frigeration compressor with refrigerating capacity 3 870 kW produced by Beauty Company as an example, energy con-sumption under partial load between reformed mode and traditional mode is analyzed and compared, and the annual op-erating energy consumption and cost are calculated.The analysis results show that the energy-saving effect of centrifugal chiller is significant after transformation, and it has promotion value.
