目的：观察综合性护理干预在改善高血压患者生活方式、不良情绪及睡眠质量的临床效果。方法选取2012年10月至2014年5月于我院诊治的原发性高血压患者共171例，随机分为观察组86例和对照组85例，对照组仅行常规护理治疗，观察组加用综合性护理干预治疗。比较两组生活方式、不良情绪以及睡眠质量变化情况。结果观察组各项生活方式依从性（饮食控制、戒烟酒、合理运动、摄盐量控制）均较对照组更高（P＜0．05）；观察组治疗后的SDS评分、SAS评分均低于对照组（P＜0．05）；观察组睡眠质量优良率（83．5％）高于对照组（58．8％）（P＜0．05）。结论对临床中高血压患者实施综合性护理干预治疗，生活方式明显好转，不良情绪有效缓解，睡眠质量提高，值得推广。
목적：관찰종합성호리간예재개선고혈압환자생활방식、불량정서급수면질량적림상효과。방법선취2012년10월지2014년5월우아원진치적원발성고혈압환자공171례，수궤분위관찰조86례화대조조85례，대조조부행상규호리치료，관찰조가용종합성호리간예치료。비교량조생활방식、불량정서이급수면질량변화정황。결과관찰조각항생활방식의종성（음식공제、계연주、합리운동、섭염량공제）균교대조조경고（P＜0．05）；관찰조치료후적SDS평분、SAS평분균저우대조조（P＜0．05）；관찰조수면질량우량솔（83．5％）고우대조조（58．8％）（P＜0．05）。결론대림상중고혈압환자실시종합성호리간예치료，생활방식명현호전，불량정서유효완해，수면질량제고，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in improving life style, negative emotion and quality of sleep in patients with hypertensive .Methods 171 cases of hypertensive patients in our hospital from 2012 October to 2014 May were chosen .All patients were randomly divided into the observation group(86cases)and the control group(85 cases).The control group only gave routine nursing care , while the observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention .Compared the changes of life style , negative emotion and quality of sleep in two groups .Results The life compliance ( control diet , quit smoking wine , reasonable movement , salt amount control ) in observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05);after treatment, SDS score and SAS score in observation group were obviously lower than control group (P<0.05);the sleep quality excellent rate of observation group (83.5%) was higher than control group (58.8%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention is used in treating hypertensive , the life style, negative emotion and quality of sleep are improved significantly , which is worth popularization .
