结合知识产权的概念以及企业知识产权战略的涵义和类型，针对我国企业知识产权战略所面临的问题，阐述了企业知识产权战略的优化对策，包括基于 SWOT 分析法的企业知识产权战略优化选择，基于PDCA循环方法的全过程企业知识产权战略优化，提出了企业知识产权战略的优化建议，以期促进我国企业知识产权战略的进一步优化完善。

Based on the concept of intellectual property rights as well as the meaning and type of the enterprise intellectual property strategy,and in view of the problems of enterprise intellectual property strategy that China is confronted with,this paper sets forth the optimization countermeasures about the strategy of enterprise intellectual property rights. The counter-measures include the optimal selection of enterprise intellectual property strategy based on SWOT analysis method,and the optimization in the whole process of enterprise intellectual property strategy based on PDCA. Finally,the paper puts forward optimization suggestions about the enterprise intellectual property strategy in order to further promote the optimization of China’s enterprise intellectual property strategy.
