母婴护理师（月嫂）是专业护理产妇与新生儿的一种新兴职业，在改善和提高人们的物质生活和精神生活、提高人口素质方面起着非常重要的作用，目前已成为前景广阔的准高薪职业，高素质的母婴护理师供不应求。本文根据问卷调查，对年轻产科护士担任月嫂的可行性进行调查分析，以期进一步提高母婴护理师素质和数量，同时为助产和护理的同学提供更多更好的就业途径和机会。

The maternal and newborn care nurse is an emerging occupation of professional nursing for mothers and newborns , which plays a very important role in improving and enhancing people's material life, spiritual life and the quality of the population.At present it has become a promising well-paid profession, with the maternal and newborn care nurse of high quality in short supply.In this paper, the feasibility of young obstetric nurses'serving as maternal and newborn care nurses was analyzed through a questionnaire survey so as to improve the quality and quantity of the maternal and newborn care nurse and provide more and better opportunity and means of employment for nursing and midwifery students.
