目的：探讨应用VSD联合外固定架治疗开放性骨折并软组织缺损的围手术期护理。方法对54例开放性骨折合并软组织缺损的患者行VSD联合外固定架固定术。结果所有手术患者通过医护密切手术配合及护士的精心护理，均顺利完成手术，出院后进行随访，患者创面及骨折愈合，患肢功能恢复满意。结论 VSD联合外固定架是治疗开放性骨折合并软组织缺损的有效治疗方法，充分的术前准备，严密的手术配合，是手术成功的关键，可缩短手术时间。
목적：탐토응용VSD연합외고정가치료개방성골절병연조직결손적위수술기호리。방법대54례개방성골절합병연조직결손적환자행VSD연합외고정가고정술。결과소유수술환자통과의호밀절수술배합급호사적정심호리，균순리완성수술，출원후진행수방，환자창면급골절유합，환지공능회복만의。결론 VSD연합외고정가시치료개방성골절합병연조직결손적유효치료방법，충분적술전준비，엄밀적수술배합，시수술성공적관건，가축단수술시간。
Objective To investigate the peri-operation period nursing of using VSD combined with external fixation in the treatment of open fracture and soft tissue defect .Methods 54 cases of open fracture with soft tissue defect of the patients with VSD combined with external fixation .Results All the patients with operation through careful nursing and nurse close operation care ,can successfully complete the operation .Follow up after discharge, patients'wound and fracture got healing,limb function recovery got satisfaction.Conclusions VSD combined with external fixation is the effective treatment method for open fractures with soft tissue defect ; and careful preoperative preparation with strict operation is the key to successful operation , which can shorten the operation time .
