目的：探析老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术的围术期护理方法及效果。方法择期2013年11月至2014年11月在我院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术的老年患者70例，回顾性分析其临床资料，探究围手术期护理方法及护理效果。结果70例患者中有65例顺利完成腹腔镜胆囊切除术，其他5例因术中大量出血而行中转开腹手术，术后有4例患者发生恶心、呕吐，2例发生切口液化，1例发生肺部感染，经对症治疗及精心护理干预后，患者均痊愈出院。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全，有效，对其进行围手术期护理能提高治疗效果，减少并发症，促进患者的恢复。
목적：탐석노년복강경담낭절제술적위술기호리방법급효과。방법택기2013년11월지2014년11월재아원접수복강경담낭절제술적노년환자70례，회고성분석기림상자료，탐구위수술기호리방법급호리효과。결과70례환자중유65례순리완성복강경담낭절제술，기타5례인술중대량출혈이행중전개복수술，술후유4례환자발생악심、구토，2례발생절구액화，1례발생폐부감염，경대증치료급정심호리간예후，환자균전유출원。결론복강경담낭절제술안전，유효，대기진행위수술기호리능제고치료효과，감소병발증，촉진환자적회복。
Objective To study the aged patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy perioperative nursing methods and effects of operation period .Methods 70 elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients undergoing elective in 2013 November -2014 year in November in our hospital , the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed , to explore the perioperative nursing methods and the nursing effect of operation period . Results In 70 cases, 65 cases were successfully completed with laparoscopic cholecystectomy , the other 5 cases with massive bleeding due to conversion to open operation , 4 cases of postoperative patients with nausea , vomiting, 2 case of incision liquefaction , 1 case with pulmonary infection , symptomatic treatment and nursing intervention, the patients were cured and discharged .Conclusions Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe , effective, and can improve the therapeutic effect carry on the peri-operation nursing, reduce complications, and promote the recovery of patients .
