目的：评估泪囊瘘管切除术治疗儿童先天性泪囊瘘的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2008年4月至2014年3月采用放大镜下泪囊瘘管切除术治疗的先天性泪囊瘘患儿62例。术后随访3~36个月。结果62例中男39例，女23例，双眼2例，单眼60例，平均年龄4.5岁。所有患儿瘘管位于内眦部的下方与泪囊或泪总管相连。全部病例均治愈，治愈率为100%。1例术后发生急性泪囊炎，3例术后切口有缝线排异，所有病例术后均无疤痕，无其他并发症发生。结论先天性泪囊瘘可以通过泪囊瘘管切除术治愈。放大镜下泪囊瘘管切除术治疗儿童先天性泪囊瘘简便、安全、效果好。
목적：평고루낭루관절제술치료인동선천성루낭루적효과。방법회고성분석아원2008년4월지2014년3월채용방대경하루낭루관절제술치료적선천성루낭루환인62례。술후수방3~36개월。결과62례중남39례，녀23례，쌍안2례，단안60례，평균년령4.5세。소유환인루관위우내자부적하방여루낭혹루총관상련。전부병례균치유，치유솔위100%。1례술후발생급성루낭염，3례술후절구유봉선배이，소유병례술후균무파흔，무기타병발증발생。결론선천성루낭루가이통과루낭루관절제술치유。방대경하루낭루관절제술치료인동선천성루낭루간편、안전、효과호。
Objective To evaluate the effect of lacrimal fistula excision in the treatment of congenital lacrimal fistula. Methods A retrospective study of 62 patients with congenital lacrimal fistula who underwent lacrimal fistula excision was reviewed from April 2008 to March 2014. Patients were followed up for 3 to 36 months. Results All of 62 cases, 39 (62.9%) were males and 23 (37.1%) were females. 2 patients had bilateral congenital lacrimal fistulae and 60 patients had unilateral congenital lacrimal fistulae. Mean age at the time of operation was 4.5years. The most common site of the fistula was at the inferior medial canthal area and was connected to the lacrimal sac or common canaliculus in all cases. All cases were cured, the cure rate was 100%. Postoperatively, 1 case (1 eye) was suffered from acute dacryocystitis,suture rejection was observed in three patients,no visible scarring af-ter surgery in all cases,no other complications. Conclusion Congenital lacrimal fistulae may be successfully treated with simple excision alone in most cases. Lacrimal fistula excision in treatment of children with congenital lacrimal fistula is simple,safe and effective under a magnifying glass.
