目的:观察牵牛花综合征的全视野视网膜电图(ERG)、多焦视网膜电图( mfERG)及视网膜光学相干断层扫描(OCT)的图像特征及临床意义。方法对临床确诊的牵牛花综合征患者组10例10眼和正常对照组10例10眼进行全视野ERG,mfERG与OCT检查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果牵牛花综合征患者组全视野ERG显示b波潜伏期与正常对照组相比显著延长且b波振幅显著降低,<0.05;mfERG各环的反应密度均低于正常对照组,<0.05,2~5环的潜伏期与正常对照组相比显著延长,<0.05。患者组OCT显示各象限视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度平均值显著低于正常对照组,<0.05,薄变量(差值)以下方象限最大,鼻侧象限最小,薄变率(百分比)以颞侧象限最大,鼻侧象限最小。结论 ERG与OCT相结合的方法既能反映牵牛花综合征患者视网膜功能的变化,又能从形态及组织病理方面对其视网膜结构进行精确的观察,为进一步研究其临床特征提供了重要手段。

Objective To observe the characteristics of global electroretinogram (ERG), multifocal elec-troretinogram (mfERG) and optical coherence tomonraphy (OCT) performed on the patients with morning-glory syndrome.Methods Ten morning-glory syndrome patients (10 eyes) and ten normal control subjects (10 eyes) were tested with global ERG,mfERG and OCT.The data were processed with software SPSS. Results ERG showed the latency of b wave was significantly prolonged and its amplitude was significantly reduced in the morning-glory syndrome group compared with normal control group.The response densities of five ring areas in morning-glory syn-drome were decreased while the latencies of ring 2 , ring 3,ring 4 and ring 5 were significantly prolonged com-pared with normal control group by mfERG. Retinal nerve fibre layer (RNFL) thickness of patients with morning-glory syndrome group were thinner than normal control group. Furthermore,the change of RNFL thickness in each quadrant was not equal.Conclusion ERG combined with OCT can not only reflect retinal function, but also reflect accurate observation of the retinal structure from the morphological and pathological aspects,which provide an im-portant means for further study on its clinical characteristics.
