目的：探讨右美托咪定复合丙泊酚在降低人工流产术后不良反应中的临床应用。方法无痛人流手术患者200例，随机分为FP组（芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉组），DP组（右美托咪定复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉组）每组各100例。观察两组入室时（ T1）、麻醉给药时（ T2）、手术开始扩宫时（ T3）及手术结束时（T4）患者的生命体征变化。术毕进行麻醉效果分级，并记录麻醉后恶心呕吐（PONV）等不良反应发生率。结果两组麻醉效果相当；FP组血压下降程度较DP组更为显著， FP组HR较DP组显著下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），DP组恶心呕吐等不良反应总发生率为12．0％，FP组为35．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论右美托咪定复合丙泊酚可有效降低人工流产术后恶心呕吐等不良反应，从而达到满意的治疗效果。
목적：탐토우미탁미정복합병박분재강저인공유산술후불량반응중적림상응용。방법무통인류수술환자200례，수궤분위FP조（분태니복합병박분정맥마취조），DP조（우미탁미정복합병박분정맥마취조）매조각100례。관찰량조입실시（ T1）、마취급약시（ T2）、수술개시확궁시（ T3）급수술결속시（T4）환자적생명체정변화。술필진행마취효과분급，병기록마취후악심구토（PONV）등불량반응발생솔。결과량조마취효과상당；FP조혈압하강정도교DP조경위현저， FP조HR교DP조현저하강，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），DP조악심구토등불량반응총발생솔위12．0％，FP조위35．0％，량조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론우미탁미정복합병박분가유효강저인공유산술후악심구토등불량반응，종이체도만의적치료효과。
Objective To study the clinical application effect of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol in reducing postoperative adverse reactions of artificial abortion .Methods 200 patients, suffered painless abortion , were randomly divided into the FP group ( compound fentanyl and propofol intravenous anesthesia group ) , DP group ( dexmedetomidine combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia group ) , and 100 cases in each group.Observing the patient's vital signs at the time point entered the operation room (T1), giving anesthesia (T2), began to enlarge palace (T3) and surgery (T4).Grading according to anesthesia effect , and record the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting ( PONV) .Results Anesthesia effects of the two groups were equal .Blood pressure decreased more in FP than that in DP group , HR of FP group was significant lower than that of DP group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).The incidence of adverse effect in DP group (12.0%) was significantly lower than the FP group (35.0%) ( P<0.05).Conclusions Dexmedetomidine combined with propofol can effectively reduce postoperative adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting in artificial abortion operation .
