目的：研究青少年近视患者应用角膜塑形镜矫治调节反应的改变。方法110例青少年近视分为两组，角膜塑形镜组55例和框架眼镜组55例。应用分光检影设备对两组患者初次戴镜，及戴镜12月后双眼调节反应进行测定，同时计算调节滞后量，并统计分析。结果初次戴镜，角膜塑形镜组调节反应改变及调节滞后，同框架眼镜组相较差异不显著，>0.05。戴镜12月后，角膜塑形镜组与框架眼镜组比较，调节反应改变和调节滞后均有明显差异，<0.05。戴镜12月后同初次戴镜相较，角膜塑形镜组调节反应改变及调节滞后无显著差异，框架眼镜组则差异明显，<0.05。结论青少年近视患者应用角膜塑形镜矫治，调节反应的改变明显大于应用框架眼镜矫治，而调节滞后低于框架眼镜矫治。
목적：연구청소년근시환자응용각막소형경교치조절반응적개변。방법110례청소년근시분위량조，각막소형경조55례화광가안경조55례。응용분광검영설비대량조환자초차대경，급대경12월후쌍안조절반응진행측정，동시계산조절체후량，병통계분석。결과초차대경，각막소형경조조절반응개변급조절체후，동광가안경조상교차이불현저，>0.05。대경12월후，각막소형경조여광가안경조비교，조절반응개변화조절체후균유명현차이，<0.05。대경12월후동초차대경상교，각막소형경조조절반응개변급조절체후무현저차이，광가안경조칙차이명현，<0.05。결론청소년근시환자응용각막소형경교치，조절반응적개변명현대우응용광가안경교치，이조절체후저우광가안경교치。
Objective To study the adolescent myopia patients with orthokeratology implementation regulation reaction changes. Methods 110 cases of myopia teenagers were divided into orthokeratology lens group and frame glasses group, 55 cases in each group. The accommodative response were measured using a UV retinoscopy device on myopia teenagers at beginning and 12 months later,at the same time the accommodative lag were calculated. Results At the beginning, changes of accommodative response and adjust lag of orthokeratology lens group compared with the frame glasses group, with no difference, > 0.05. 12 months later, there were significant difference of accommodative response and adjust lag between two groups, <0.05. The accommodative response and adjust lag at beginning and 12 months later were difference in frame glasses group, <0.05,but no difference in orthokeratology lens group, >0.05. Conclusion Changes of accommodative response in myopia with orthokeratology lens is larger than with frame glasses,but adjust lag is lower than with frame glasses.
